- In the event of a no-show appointment, a 50% fee of the booked service will be charged to the credit card on file. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
- Deposits can be carried over to reschedule appointments with more than 24 hours’ notice.

- If you are not completely satisfied with your hair service, we offer complimentary adjustments to address any concerns. We kindly request that you bring any dissatisfaction to our attention within 10 business days after the service was provided.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are only considered after an adjustment has been made and if there is still extreme dissatisfaction. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction, and as part of our commitment to you, we may offer a partial refund of 50% of the service cost.
